Reservations
To make a reservation with Tangerine using the website, you must select the dates, times and locations for pickup and return of the desired vehicle. After doing the research, you must choose the type of vehicle you want. It is also possible to make reservations through our Customer Support Service Center (+351 309 306 217).
To cancel a reservation without any additional charge, the cancellation must be communicated to our reservations team at reservas@tangerinerent.com, at least 24 hours in advance of the vehicle pick-up time. It is also possible to cancel reservations through our Customer Support Service Center (+351 309 306 217). Otherwise, a fee of €30 (plus VAT) will be charged.
If you would like to change your reservation, please contact our Customer Support Service Center at reservas@tangerinerent.com or by calling +351 309 306 217. Please inform us of the desired changes and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Changes may be subject to changes in value and always depend on fleet availability.
The minimum driver age is 23 years old. The maximum age is 80 years old. Depending on the type of Vehicle being rented, drivers between 19 and 22 years of age may be accepted, with an additional charge for Young Driver (per driver).
You can travel to mainland Spain. Border crossing has an additional cost. Please note that our vehicles are geolocated and this charge is done automatically by our software. It is important that you know that our vehicles do not have valid insurance for traveling beyond mainland Spain.
