The deposit for renting a Vehicle varies between a minimum of EUR 1,100.00 and a maximum of EUR 5,500.00, depending on the group of Vehicle reserved. This deposit is intended to cover the excess, which is the liability amount in case of damage to the vehicle or similar events (such as loss of documents) during the rental period. The customer will be responsible for paying for any damages, including tires, windows, loss of keys, electronic devices and lack of fuel, up to the amount of the deductible (if the damage is covered and is not negligent). If you intend to rent a Vehicle and return it to a station other than the one of origin (One-way service), please be aware that authorization from Tangerine is required and additional fees apply. You must request this service when reserving the vehicle.
